John Arias
Associate on the Investment Team
John joined Longshore in 2025 from Flexpoint Ford, a leading middle market private equity firm focused on the financial services sector. He is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, due diligence, portfolio management, and business development. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford, John was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group at Perella Weinberg Partners in the firm’s New York office. John holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
