Will Leach

Will joined Longshore in 2025, where he is responsible for talent strategy and operations across the portfolio. Prior to Longshore, Will was a Director at SPMB, one of the top executive search firms across technology. As a Director, he worked with private equity clients to place c-level executives and cofounded the firm’s New York office. Before SPMB, he was a member of the Financial Services practice at Heidrick & Struggles. A Chicago native, he holds a BA from Georgetown University.
